Lauren Miller Cilento is the CEO of the Harry M Miller Group. She joined the company from Sydney University in 1997, starting as the Receptionist, then part time as Client Management Assistant whilst she completed later studies, then 5 years as a Senior Agent. Lauren has an Advanced Diploma of Business (Marketing). She is responsible for the day to day operations of the company and her primary projects include expanding the Harry M Miller Group including the move into brand and talent driven content, literary and international film projects while continuing to be the leader in Celebrity Management. In 2009 Lauren joined the board of Best Buddies Australia and is a member of Brain Cancer Research Advocates an initiative of the NSW Cancer Council. Lauren is also a member of the Salvation Army Media Advisory Board (since 2008) after four years with the Young Garvan Committee.
With a long history of film and television production and an advertising agency background, musician and producer Josh Cilento heads up Miller Cilento Entertainment. Developing talent driven concepts and new media opportunities for the clients of the Harry M Miller Group.
Therasa is an Agent within our Client Management Team working across a number of different clients and projects with a particular interest in rights management for book and film projects. She is also the primary contact for all new requests to the Harry M Miller Group for Celebrity Management and Crisis Media Management. Therasa has more than seven years experience in the media and entertainment industry and has previously worked at the Nine Network, Free TV Australia, Sony Pictures Television International (London) and at Fox Kids Europe (London).
Clint is an Agent within our Client Management Team as well as working across the HMMG Speakers Boutique and the Miller Cilento Entertainment division of the company. On a day to day basis Clint works across many various aspects of our Celebrity Client Roster. Previously, Clint was the co owner of Born With It Studios, a dance studio in Sydney's Western Suburbs followed by taking on the role of Marketing Coordinator for LeisureCo. In 2007 Clint completed a Diploma of Business Marketing - Majoring in Entertainment & Artist Management at APM Training Institute where he was awarded Dux of his class. Currently, aside from working at the Harry M Miller Group is the Managing Director of DanceLife, a social network and business directory for dancers and performers as well as a Dance Teacher for a number of Sydney's prominent dance studios.
Paul Mattock is the Financial Controller of the Harry M Miller Group. Paul has considerable experience in the financial management of the entertainment industry and came to our company after eight years with The Harbour Agency and Frontier Touring.
