Crisis Media Management is when the Harry M Miller Group is engaged to give advice and often take control of all communication, negotiations and media attention surrounding an individual or company that finds themselves under intense public spotlight. We act to protect, advise and relieve pressure from Crisis Media Clients and their families or associates to enable such clients to make calm and informed decisions. Our involvement is often welcomed by the media who appreciate the rational and professional manner for which the Harry M Miller Group is renowned for. Contrary to public opinion, our involvement in Crisis Media situations is often provided on a gratis basis.

Our experience in the Crisis Media Management field has seen our involvement in the high profile stories and ongoing media interests of Lindy Chamberlain, Stuart Diver and James Scott. Other examples included the media surrounding the funeral of Michael Hutchence, Melbourne model and shooting victim Kara Douglas and Greg Pead who astounded Australian and UK press with his story and evidence in relation to his affair with Royal Butler Paul Burrell.
